excellent stay
stylish feeling cute feeling worthwhile recommendation
The hotel presented very well. it felt stylish and cute. everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was lovely. louise provided several restaurant recommendations. They proved worthwhile.
i found the value lacking due to the expensive nature of the hotel. i specifically requested a room that wasn't the smallest type because i had read earlier reviews. cases might need to be opened on the bed because the room could be small.

i found the breakfast options quite varied, with delicious choices available for everyone. there were many healthy options and i did find this to be one of the best i've used.

the rooms are nicely sized, particularly the family rooms, which include two separate rooms. the bathrooms were well-equipped, with attention to detail. the hotel also has a bar to relax in.

the staff was very friendly and helpful, from the front desk to housekeeping. the concierge tirelessly made dinner reservations and provided menus. staff ensured our needs were met promptly and with a smile.

The staff was good. They were helpful and friendly. the bed was wonderful. It was very comfortable, and the shower was excellent. i also appreciated the hotel being in a perfect location. it was quiet, but a short distance to excellent public transport.
the sound insulation in my second-floor room didn't meet my expectations. road and local traffic disturbances began very early in the morning. the breakfast was rather basic and inadequately presented for a four-star hotel.

I found the staff so cute. They maintained a warm, friendly attitude. My room was spacious and well-appointed. The location proved convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and dining.. I recommend this hotel.

the room was quite small. i also found the breakfast selection rather limited (especially for a hotel in this price range). the coffee tasted weak. the pastries lacked that authentic taste i expected.

friendly staff central location comfortable room
i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the location was central, with access to various attractions (i visited the louvre without any difficulty). the room was nice and neat, equipped with everything i needed for a relaxing stay.
the elevators were occasionally slow, but this was only a minor inconvenience.

broken air conditioning missing coffee maker
the location was decent, with access to nearby attractions.
i found the room quite disappointing. the air conditioning was not working properly. also, the promised coffee maker was missing, and i never received a bathrobe, as it was supposed to be included.
